I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the beach, perfect for surfers. While the staff were friendly, I felt they could use a bit more training. The rooms were quite luxurious and spacious, which I appreciated, but the dining left much to be desired with cold buffet options. Overall, it was good value for the price, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
